Recommended Use:
Adults or children (age 4 & up): Take 1 capsule 2 times daily. For special programs recommended by your practitioner, up to 10 individual servings may be taken daily.
For bacterial programs, usually 6-12 Vcaps per day, spread throughout day before meals (3-4/meal). Take the higher amount (or more) if you weigh over 200 lbs or have very challenging symptoms.
